I dont usually review but I felt compelled to warn. i spent 14 dollars on a grilled chicken sandwich. im not exaggerating it was the worst chicken sandwich I think I have ever had. soggy bun falling apart soaked in oil, egg I added was soaked in oil and had slid right off onto the bottom of the container and to top it off the grilled chicken peices they put on were absolutely dinky and tiny, two tiny sad little dry grilled tender pieces, much less than even a breast total, for a 14 dollar sandwich. I will never eat at this location again. I reiterate: this was a 14 dollar sandwhich and they got one of the orders wrong for one in my party, got 2 stars because my son liked the tenders he got or it would have been 1.

Placed an order for pickup (receipt says #82 placed at 7:54pm via an online order today) when I got home I realized they had completely left out my fries and drink. I tried to call and speak to someone about the issue but when I called and navigated their automated menu, the phone just rang w/ no answer. There was also an option to leave a message for a manager, but when selected it said that the option was invalid. I understand that mistakes happen, but I also think a business should be available and willing to correct those issues.

So I own a local business here in town I came to buy me and my employee lunch they screwed up my order put buffalo sauce all over it when I can't eat hot stuff so I called them they comped me a sandwich for the next time I came in I came in the next time now they're telling me they can't come my sandwich because they already comped it so if I was you I wouldn't waste your money here because they make you pay for their mistakes Terrible management terrible people I do not recommend them to anybody

Ordered food for my family, we haven't eaten all day. Spent over $65.00 plus tipped cash. This is the Eureka way location. The food is horrible! 20$ for 9 wings and the wings are rubbery on the out side smothered in sauce with no actual flavor on the wing. Very old tasting. The chicken on the habanero fries were also dried out pieces of tasteless old meat. The fries were definitely old to the taste, they taste like day old fries! 😠We like chicken shack on churn creek but I was on this side of town and ordered here. What a mistake! Is this the same owner? I'd like a refund but I'll never go back. Very low standards, the 2 locations in redding are like night and day. That's sad and I'm very pissed I wasted 65$ on this trash!!!!!!

The music that was playing in the kitchen was so loud and heavy metal. It got so bad that everyone in the restaurant got up to go see if the staff was ok. Glad that you’re open today but will not be dining in again.
