I've been to many different chipotle's in the US. We ordered two bowls. They were literally the best bowls we've EVER had from Chipotle. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly...tender and juicy! The fajita veggies were the best ever! The portion sizes were huge! The service was outstanding! It was an all around fantastic experience!

Ordered online exhausted after 13 hr shift. Picked up instore. Asked if meal had 1ueso on it cashier said yes. Got to my car opened meal, no question. Walked back inside, cashier told me I need to go back outside and get the meal bring it to her to verify. She was very rude and changed her voice sarcastically when soeaking to me. I told her I opened it its in my driver seat, im exhausted and irritated. I told her she can walk to my car with me to verify but im tired. She asked if I want the manager. I said yes. Manager was excellent. I explained to him the issue and offered him to go outside and look. He politely told me he can just get me the queso. I appreciate good management. I would suggest the other workers get trained better in customer service. Its alot of money to spend on food and to not get what you paid for and spoken to like a liar sarcastically is ridiculous. Im glad the manager handled the situation properly. Thank you young man.

So I got a burrito bowl off door dash and specified what I wanted and my order was DISGUSTING..... Literally barley any meat at all absolutely no fajita mix this was now the 4th time they didn't put any and it was full of sour cream! I got in contact with support and all they would do is give me a free soda! 22$ for a burrito bowl and no refund and no replacement meal either! Highly don't recommend this place to anyone in Redding! Avoid it! Burrito bandito is even better then this place with issues!

This one is a gamble. Sometimes the service is good and portions are OK. Other times they are a Nascar pit crew and portions are wildly small. I mean we're talking rice and cilantro here. I've had more meat at a vegetarian BBQ then in the burritos here. The quality and portions are what made Chipotle worth it. But now it's like they try and scam you.
