12/12/25 - In response to an impromptu request to provide staff lunch, I turned to chipotle as they typically offer the options are staff Joy. The online ordering system was shut down because their food delivery truck did not arrive on time but when I showed up asking for enough food to serve 20 people, they knocked it out of the park. I really appreciated the fact that Chris was so helpful and resourceful, despite not having any of the dishes for “catering“. Caitlin was kind and professional, the only unfortunate component was that they said that the system could not take the catering order in person so I had to pay double for a lesser amount of food/options. Shay was kind enough to help me take the food bags out to the car which I appreciated as it saved me multiple trips. Way to go, you 3!

I've never been to a Chipotle with such small portions. Literally shaking out the food so they do not give a full scoop.

Filthy place, impatient staff who all but threw the food at us, no veggies for a veggie bowl, very little beans with bowl.

Often have bad service. Got food poisoning an hour after I ate their and the manager tried to gas light me saying yooou can't get food poisoning until 24 hours later, which, with any sort of research you'd find thats not true. Just tonight my mom picked up an order for Uber and she got major attitude from them.

If i could give 0 stars I would. There is a piece of glass in my bowl.
So I go to chipotle every night basically and there is usually the same lady working when I go and keep in mind whenever she makes my bowl she always BLESSES it, anyways I went in tonight and as usual this same lady blesses my bowl again but after my bowl is done she says to the cashier lady put it on my meal then she says to me I got you or something along those lines I was confused and I had no clue what she meant so Im standing there waiting to scan my points and the cashier lady is taking a little longer than usual then I see the total say zero for the bowl then she looks up and smiles and say here you go have a good day that when I realized the lady that always blesses my bowl Just GAVE ME A FREE bowl and I was just hyped and it made my night this is the best chipotle out of them all.

When they talk about the Chipotle stock crashing and how the service and food have gone downhill, this store would be the poster child of that sentiment.
First issue, every employee has a headphone in one ear while barely able to listen in the other.
Second issue, all the proteins were watery. Chicken and steak had more water than the beans.
Third issue, asked for fajitas and employee casually says we don’t have any and expected me to just move on. I say I can wait. He says we are short staffed and don’t have any. All while in the back four employees are joking around and listening to their headphones and one of the employees casually begins to wash bell peppers after I asked for fajitas. Keep in mind it’s 1:30 pm and they finally got around to prepping fajitas.
Fourth and probably not the last issue, the store was messy and lacked any basic customer service.
Avoid this location.

I asked if the Pico de gallo was spicy or had any onions and the employee said not. When I eat it I was in pain because I can’t have spicy at all because I just had a surgery making it painful.

So first off when I got there at 8:50pm to pick up my order, she informed me that they had a mix up with there online orders and it would be about 5 minutes. I replied no worries. Well 5 minutes go by then 10, so I ask her what’s the hold up. She then informed me they ran out of the rice and need to make more. Ok, no worries… 5 more minutes, she says. Then it gets a little busy and she is very distracted talking to the customers and isn’t paying attention to remind the line to make my order. So now it’s 20 minutes and I ask her politely if the rice is ready. She proceeds to look at the rice tray, turns to the cook and asks for more rice to be made, so again she comes and tells me that they ran out again and need to make more. Mind you part of my order is already made sitting there getting cold. So another 10 minutes go by, 30 minutes since my order was supposed to be ready. I again walk up and ask if it is ready. She then finally goes and reminds the line to finish my order. I shouldn’t have to keep reminding her to do her job. Am I wrong?
The food was ok, still edible. But definitely not hot and fresh. Except the rice. Was really disappointed.
