Great customer service. The Manager Oliver was a wonderful guy. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. We have our 86 years old mom and 2 children and Oliver was there for us. We celebrated our mom and daughter's birthday together. It was such a blessing. The place is really nice and clean. The other staff member was really helpful too. It was a great experience for our whole family.
It was worth the 99.99 birthday package. The food seems overpriced but it’s good so it’s kinda worth it. The Chuck E. Cheese “show” was simply a teen dressed up as Chuck E. who came out and waved to the kids and left…. So don’t get your hopes up for a birthday show like it states.
