pretty ok all around, sometimes the food i get is sorta stale which is a bit dissapointing
Not a good location. I'm a Cinnabon fan, but this one has consistently low quality. My Cinnabon I got today didn't even have their normal frosting. It was some kind of marshmallow replacement I think. Often they are overcooked and dry.
Not enough topping too dry had to get back in line and pay for more topping
Went this morning with my son to the mall and promised we’d grab Cinnabon on the way out. I stopped by before they officially opened, and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and let us know that the hot ones (my son’s request) were coming out in about five minutes. We came back, and the lady who rung us up was also super nice! Our Cinnabon was just as we expected it would be, and we’ll be back again. Thank you for the wonderful service this morning!
Bought 2 X 4 packs and they were old and extremely dry inside. Very disappointed. Far inferior quality to what we get from Cinnabon back in South Africa
bought 2 X 4 packs today. was really extremely dry and definitely old ( not fresh) was a total waste of money.

Ordered delivery through their Cinnabon app and it never arrived. Went into the store the next day and the Manager BhawnDeep I believe, asked if we wanted a refund or our food and we chose the food obviously haha but she handled it so well even thought it wasn’t their fault whatsoever! It was the third party that their app uses to deliver the foods fault (Doordash, who was ZERO help!) Thank you for our food and we appreciated the service so much.
They seemed very rude when trying to just get a birthday drink and did not ask if I would like anything else and did not ask what flavor of coffee I wanted.

Tried to order it through UberEATS at 5:20, and the driver got there at 6:05 was told they were closed and never revived an order, I'm sure the person working didn't want to deal with a 16 pack order and just ignored it because it was so close to close times since I got the confirmation they revived the order. Check yalls employees, we would never at my work.
Sold me stale cinnamon rolls. They asked if I want them microwaved when they sold them to me. I said yes. Tried to eat one outside with my husband but they weren’t even warm and they were hard. Took them home. Microwaved then myself for a few seconds. Warm but still hard as rock. Gross enough to toss in the trash. Waste of almost 15 dollars!
