The best place for Mongolian BBQ in redding. The bowls are huge, you can stack things, the food is always good and consistent. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They make the process easy to understand for people who haven't tried Mongolian BBQ before. Very fast service and nice staff. My favorite place to eat in redding. The food is fresh and hot. And it has a lot of options. I like the BBQ and the spicy edemame.

Vegetarian options: You make your own bowl and they offer a wide selection of vegetables that are always fresh. The edemame is also great. The best place to go when you want a good healty vegetarian dish. Been eating here for a long time. The quality and price are good.

Parking: Free parking lots of spots. Easy to get in and out of parking lot.

Great staff. The food is tasty and you pick what you would like in the final dish. They cook it.

Ok so I ordered for my girl and it taste like nothing and the meat didn't seemed to be cooked the way it should have been none of the sauces she ordered was on it I'm happy I didn't order for two for this exact reason of not knowing how the food would be from the looks of it they do well with sushi it was a fail with ordering here cook with love next time

i’m super picky so i love that i can make my own bowls! you can shove sm food that it becomes lunch and dinner LOL
there are so many ingredients for you and sushi options!!
and there’s even free appetizers (soup and egg rolls or whatever they are)

Vegetarian options: You decide what you're going to eat, so choose vegetarian if that's your bag.
Don't expect vegan, however. All dishes are cooked on the same surface so there's bound to be "contamination" of vegan choices.

Dietary restrictions: While you can make a gluten free dish, remember that both soy sauce and wheat noodles are cooked on the same grill. Might not be a problem for some, and might be deadly for others. Be careful!

The food was a little off. I refused to pay for one Roll and advised them that the Hamachi had a slight smell and a little tang and lastly the avacados were so green that they wouldn’t even smash between my fingers, so tasteless as well. I didn’t even want to write a review this time but as someone who reads reviews, I thought I owed it to those who read them like me, especially after I wrote a 5 Star review about them last time.
We will try them one more time to see which way the vote will swing.

The Goods: place was clean, smelled clean, and our young sweet waitress girl was Great!! Again it wasn’t bad enough for us not to try again but if it shakes out the same as this time and not the first, I will be sad!

Place was clean, the cooks at the stir fry section were great. The soup wasn't the best. The bit that still very much upsets me is the waitress who called me fat, despite the fact that I had grabbed the smallest portions out of the entire customer base that evening.

Wife had the Mongolian BBQ. It was so so. Sauces not great. Grill. Not hot enough so it didn't char the meat. I has sashimi and sushi. Fish quality was good. Rainbow roll was good. I just had tonsillectomy so I couldn't try anything hot nor crunchy. I would call the sushi 3.5 sushi as it's not the speciality here.
