I worked here for about a year as a shift leader and the younger girls under my supervision constantly complained about the franchise owner James Mitchell inapproprietly grabbing them and making vulgar comments. After so much of this, myself and another one of his best workers decided to quit without notice on a busy shift. Oh yeah, theres also a stray cat named suzie who is allowed in the back and lays on top of the ice cream machine and goes into the fridges, never told anyone because i like cats :)

I recently quit coldstone from a shift leader position. During my time there, I’ve seen the store owner James, take spoons, cups, and bowls out of the trash, wash them, and set them back on the line. He also told us(the workers) to do the same. They also allow a stray cat into the back of the store unsupervized where it can do whatever it wants. Moreover, with my job being to supervise the other employees, many of the girls complained to me about him grabbing them inappropriately as be walked by. During my time there (a year) I can confidently say that it was the worst job I have ever had, and, for everything I had done for that company, my boss had never shaken my hand once. Tells you everything you need to know.
