Just wanted to clarify I am NOT the type of person to leave a bad review for a small local business, but as a business owner myself I find this place extremely disappointing. I have never had a bad tasting yogurt or cookie from this place, but the past few visits we’ve had a young man behind the counter that is not very pleasant. I believe that the food could be absolutely amazing but if the service leaves me questioning if I’m being an inconvenience as the customer, then I do not return. We first walk in, no “Hello” or “Welcome in” okay whatever I shrug it off and then as I’m finishing up adding the toppings he’s on his phone up until I put my yogurt onto the scale and proceeds to groan and say “no card payments our system is down” like couldn’t that have been mentioned before I had already put everything together? Thankfully I had cash on me but I will not be returning because of such poor service. The past few times I’ve stopped by having him up front is always such a terrible experience. Everyone has bad days, but it is extremely unprofessional to show it to customers.

I have been going here and taking anyone who has not had the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful treasure for well over 2 years now. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Lil place. Also... I'm, YUMMY!!!! 💜

I was super excited but then I tasted like 3 different kinds I mixed and well 1 was good but the other two were soo bitter and had a taste of rotten milk.. I had to have a family member taste it to make sure and boyyyy it left a nasty taste in the mouth

Got serious food poisoning. The yogurt tasted absolutely rancid. Should have read reviews on this place before taking my children here. Now we are suffering. Can't believe this place isn't closed down for health scares. Absolutely disgusting. Also the cashier was touching all the toppings bare handed. 🤢🤢 will be reporting

Asked the cashier if they had any strawberries got responded with a “nope” with attitude. Once at the register I asked if they had military discount and again the cashier responded “you should have said that before,” with attitude! Then took him less than 2 seconds to submit my discount, this employee was just sitting on his phone, I wasn’t trying to inconvenience him to do his job.

Really disappointed in this establishment, yet keep going back…and continuing to be further disappointed. Quality, low on all levels. Then you get to feel guilty and tip the clerk who does nothing at the end as they stand over you to watch the transaction. Sadly, for my kids, we just aren’t going to go back. It’s not worth the inflated cost. It’s frozen yogurt in Redding, with Disneyland prices.
