The staff there were super friendly and even recommended some modifications to one of our wraps. The tortillas used for the wraps are gluten-free and homemade. They are amazing - you won't miss the gluten. The ingredients are fresh and the sauces are homemade, as well. All menu items are at least vegetarian, if not vegan, with the option to add meat. I am so grateful to have found a celiac-friendly option in Redding. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I am not vegan but I always like to try plant-based foods and here they are done very well. My favorite was the coconut flour wrap. Worth a visit 100% even if you’re not vegan/gluten free
The vegan wrap and chocolate mousse were delicious! The refuel smoothie didn’t really hit as good as I hoped it would…it was an interesting combo for me with the fruit and the cacao going on. Super friendly staff and excellent food…will definitely be back!
