Late in the evening, it wasn't too busy. It's a small shop, with tight seating. The table wasn't wiped down very well. Service was fine. Food was not great. The burger patties are pressed soo thin, they're burnt and dry. I prefer a juicy burger, and that was not it. The shakes were actually really good, I'd go back for those alone. Any and every extra thing costs. Even the fry sauce, of which they give a tiny little cup. Only available condiment is ketchup, and our table didn't even have a bottle. The drinks were good, nice root beer and decent lemonade. Fries were actually decent but I've had better. The history is cool tho!

The best dam shoestring style fries.... yummers. The burgers, hot dogs, and shakes are great too. The fry sauce is delicious and a perfect accompaniment to go with them. The restaurant is comfortable and the employees are friendly. Great old-fashioned fresh and tasty food. They have outside seating if preferred. We stop here every time we're in the area.
