The pancakes were phenomenal! And so was the maple syrup. The vegetarian eggs Benedict were okay, sauce felt a bit too much. But the hash browns were really bad. They were undercooked and very flaky.

This is my ultimate favorite place to go for breakfast. They have this amazing dish the Spinach, Avocado, Bacon Benedict. I don't care for English muffins and they'll substitute with a biscuit.
I took the girls there today from work and they were all very amazed and nothing but compliments.

There might be a wait, but it is worth it. Trust me.

Yesterday was my first time here and definitely will not be my last! I was so impressed with EVERYTHING. Great atmosphere, awesome drinks, amazing food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Everything was awesome.
Now you might want to grab that sweater from the car since it's still hot outside, so ya know... "women's winter" and a little chilly indoors. But other than that... and absolutely delightful experience.
I was even blessed to get to meet the owner & her son. Fabulous people. I'll be checking out their other restaurants soon too. I highly recommend this restaurant for a yummy breakfast or brunch. Maybe I'll try lunch next time but the Bacon, Avocado, Spinach Eggs Benedict was TO DIE FOR... and I don't usually like spinach very much. It was SOOO GOOD! 10/10

Another hidden gem that we found thanks to the great reviews online. It was our first time at the cafe, we were on a road trip from San Jose to Crater Lake and stopped in Redding for the night as well as to visit Lassen National Park on our way.

Now, the cafe, the setting and the people were great! We loved the vibe, the ambiance and the overall feel of the cafe.

What we ordered:

1. Avocado Toast
2. Chicken Fried Steak with Biscuit
3. Vanilla Flavoured Latte

What we loved:

The food was amazing, it was tasty and the protions was sumptuous for both of us. The biscuit was a little unusual for us, we've never tried biscuits like these before. They did seem a little on the dry side, a dash of butter and gravy would help solve that problem. The chicken was cooked properly and the hashbrowns were crisp and delicious.

The coffee was surprisingly good, not sure what it was but the overall taste was amazing!

Moving on to the Avocado Toast, now this was a different take on the tried and test formula. I believe they use some sort of seasoning similar to the Everyday bagel seasoning and that knocked it out of the park.

Service: The service was good, our server was attentive and helped us with the coffee order. We were happy overall.

Whenever we pass through Redding next time, we will stop and have lunch here!

The portions were huge! Latte with honey and cinnamon was good. Bit the terrace was closed and it’s so sad because the weather was nice and it was a bit dark inside.

A great place for breakfast or brunch. There are a good amount of options and the food is pretty good. I really enjoyed their pancakes and the four story omelet as well as Bill's special. Decently affordable and a cute spot!

Some times it can be a bit noisy, but the food is top notch.
Be prepared to have a 5 to 10 minute wait time to be seated from 11am to 1pm as it gets really busy. Again the food is top notch.
The folks that work here are some of nicest people.
