Walked in after a long day at work at 8:45 I placed my order. The manager then tells the person working at the front counter tell them they have to take their food to go they can't eat it here. Apparently they wanted to close the lobby. They closed the lobby behind me at 8:50 pm. Yeah I probably won't come back here. Left without my order. Places like this don't get my business. This happened March 6th 2025. That manager should be fired. This is NOT how you treat your customers.

Walked in to pick up a mobile order that was already done. Said I needed to pick up and they told me I had to use the drive thru. Lmao not eating here again thanks for making my food cold when you could've just handed me my food instead you had you hand it to me 10 mins later through a window. Maybe lock your doors if your lobby is closed

I went in and placed an order for taco salad and got nachos, i ordered carna sada fries NO Sour cream and they put extra sour cream on them so yeah they really SUCK!! If it was lunch rush or a busy dinner rush i could better understand it but it was only me in the resturant... now i know why!! And when i called the number for Del Taco, i got a stupid voicemail.. such POOR SERVICE

Don’t bother if you don’t fit drive thru.

Came here late one night. I drive a big rig and couldn’t go through drive thru. Walked up and knocked on door to try to order from outside window or inside. Worker was nice enough to check with manager. Manager that night told the employee they didn’t want to “bother” with my order so they denied service. Employee apologize but said that’s what she (the manager) says.

This is how you don’t treat paying customers. I’ve been to so many Del Tacos at night where I don’t fit drive thru and yet at least allow me to order from the window or inside.

Will never waste my time and gas stopping by your location again.

Three of us ordered on a thursday evening, the special, 3 grilled chicken soft tacos for 3.99. So, 9 total grilled chicken soft tacos should have been 11.97 + tax. Wrong, they charged us 2.29 per taco. When I went in to clear it up, the drive thru employee was rude and discourteous. She called for the manager saying, "some guy is complaining about something." The manager was polite but incapable of understanding they had charged full price instead of the thursday special price. This fiasco took 20 minutes, food was cold by then and we'll never go back!

Well, this about sums it up! Tried to post pics but looks like it’s been disabled. From looking at other reviews…I can see why! I received a tostada that had only one half of the shell with toppings🤦🏻‍♀️… perhaps the junkies are working there?? Well no more for me😢

I ordered food online through the app. When I arrived at the order kiosk the worker asked me to wait a minute and he’ll be right with me. 5 minutes later with no response I tried talking into the speaker to make myself known and got no response. I then drove to the pick up window. Someone finally showed up and yelled at me for driving around. She said that since I was “rude” she wouldn’t serve me — even though I already paid for my food. I then got on my phone to try to request a refund but that is impossible through the app. When I didn’t leave fast enough the “manager” came to the window and said she called the police. I drove ahead out of the line and parked … sure enough the police showed up and told me I was “trespassed” from ordering anything from that store. I told them I had no desire ordering anything from that store ever again.
I was finally able to do a “complaint” online and we will see if I ever get my money back.
These people were rude, disrespectful, and didn’t care anything about customer service. Avoid this place!!!
