A bit off the highway for a traveler but so so worth it!! We ordered the chicken kebab plate and the falafel gyro wrap. Both were generous portions and full of flavor. So fresh! Highly recommended. Live, laugh, Greek Shack!!

Great food! Fast and friendly service. Took my kids here for the first time last week. We frequented Anthony's when they had a restaurant and I haven't had luck finding their food truck since they closed their doors. Happy to find the Greek Shack. Lamb gyro is just as great as Anthony's. Hummus is to die for. Also, I'm usually not a fan of baklava, but this is the best I've ever had. Typically baklava has a nutty flavor I don't particularly care for, but the baklava from the Greek Shack was pure phyllo and honey goodness. Will definitely be back. I'll still keep my eyes out for Anthony's because they are great too, but nice to know where the Shack is so we can rely on some great Mediterranean food.

Spectacularly delicious gyros with huge portions every time.Such friendly, kind service, I love going there every time I make it to Redding.Very clean and tidy, but best to get food to go as it sits right by the road on Hartnell.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking in a lot which is level all the way to the order window that's not far away (~30').
Outdoor seating only. Great photos on the menu. I'd say that for Redding you're not going to find better Greek food. You'll find better elsewhere (like Greece?) but it's pretty good. I enjoyed it and I tried the hot sauce too, so give that a try on the side. Foods expensive now everywhere so it's almost not worth mentioning anymore. Expect $12-14/person. The outdoor seating is right on the road so I wouldn't say there's much ambiance, but on a nice day it's pleasant. The service is excellent. Very friendly and prompt.

I was craving Greek food and this really hit the spot. I got the lamb gyro plate. It comes with a huge gyro, hummus and pita bread, and salad ($20). All delicious. The lamb gyro meat was soooooo good. I also got a piece of spinach pie with dipping sauce for $4. I thought $20 was a bit pricey but the portion was big enough to split between two people. The location is a small blue hut with two covered outdoor tables. No indoor seating. The food was prepared quickly. I will definitely be eating here again.Parking: Large parking area. Big enough for large trucks with trailers or R.V.s and maybe a semi truck.
