TAYLOR the Manager 2/23/24 I want recognition giving to Taylor here I am in Sacramento, my daughter living in Redding was treated very disrespectfully and harsh by another employee at this location. Ms. Taylor acted as she should, and took it in the palm of her hand, and made this situation an amazing evening and if I had 10 stars to give this location, I definitely would. Ms. Taylor is a real asset to Domino's Pizza and this location. Wow was my response the way she handled it thank you Taylor for making my evening I will be contacting corporate and making sure this lady is recognized for her excellent manager general skills that she showed on a late Friday evening. greedy greedy greedy. ordered 2 pizzas and some tots on the app and the app told us 2 times that our order never went through to try again. so I went down there to order and low n behold the two orders we tried placing were sitting there so to me ya know no big deal I'll pay n go home n eat food with my wife little to come find out that one of our pizzas was wrong. so I call the store all to get told that I still have to pay money to get what I ordered all because there worker couldn't check to make sure the food was right nor the fact that there app was messing up the Customer has to pay the consequences now how in the hell does that make sense I'll now be taking my business to pizza guy way better customer service and we got the pizza we wanted from dominos for a discounted price for dominos mistake. good going dominoes why don't you make sure your company actually gives a damn about customers and not the damn money you greedy a**es

It sure as hell isn't the Dominoes you grew up with. Infested with Millennial emoturds that couldn't give a damn about customer service. They struggle with correctly making an order written in plain English right in front of them. They fail at any resemblance of speed.....what a joke of a pizza also, ordered extra cheese., but alas no, their idiot manager can't even teach their employees to READ the order and add the $2.00 of cheese that i paid for....this is the third time and the last time.

worst experience ever! came into pick up my order and homeless guy in there giving me threateninglooks not one employee did anything, the customer service well what customer service because there was none! the employees all looked like zombies with absolutely no personality . They should not be in the food service industry at all! The guy at the counter differently needs more training and should no how many dipping sauces you get when ordering wings! Let alone when you see a big order as mine was to not give plates and napkins to the customer or offer them! i had to go back in and get some and i never laughed so hard when he handed me four plates. I ordered four large pizza two 18 piece wings! 4 plates really! The manager should be fired he is useless

I always order Dominoes. It's a quick, fast resort for an enjoyable dinner after a busy day. Today I attempted to order online as usual, but "online ordering" was currently unavailable. I assumed they were either super busy, short staffed, or both. Decided to stick with delivery and called the store. Was informed delivery was longer than usual, but what the heck why not. I waited longer than usual as expected but was still given a 2 day 60 point pass for having to wait. I appreciate the effort. Good job Dominoes. See you within 2 days

The quality of this establishment has significantly deteriorated. In the past, I never encountered any problems, but the last three visits have been quite disappointing. The wings now have the sauce unevenly spread on the top, and some of them didn't even have sauce at all. As for the pizza, it falls far short of being satisfactory. Considering the exorbitant price of nearly $40 for two orders of eight-piece wings and a 12-inch pizza with two toppings, it's simply not worth it. I have decided that I will never place an order from this particular location again.

I dig this location, they are fast, reliable and the pizza, all things considered isn't what I remember Domino's tasting like. Those cinnamon baked thingys are amazing and the jalapeno bacon bread thingy is bangin'!! Ooh but lemme tell you, I pay for it when I do treat myself to this Fatboy food. I've only ever been inside the store to pick up an order -- cause I'm cheap like that! That delivery fee is not my style, unless I'm feeling extra lazy or I'm ordering for someone else. I enjoy rubbing my belly and watching it grow after I stuff my face with this grease n fat. Eff it! Enjoy your life - right?

Did you know that domino's makes/sales lava cake? I didn't! But omg for those who are my friends and/or follow me... it is a must, especially if you are having a sweet tooth late at night and don't want to leave the house. My friend order lava cake (it came with 3 small ones) and brownies (full in a small pizza box) and they were delivered still wam. We were able to get our sweet tooth satisfied. Highly recommend!

Ordered Pizza on website today, had a problem processing payment through website which kept advising me payment didn't go through and telling me to try again which I did, however it appeared not to work. Finally gave up and exited program and reordered but didn't process payment this time. When I went to pick up pizza I found that both orders had gone thru costing me double almost $50 for just myself. When I got home pizzas both had very little topping and few veggies making them extremely dry and tasteless. Won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.
FYI this is one of the few deliveries open after 10:30 PM on a Friday night. Nothing is open. Nothing. So, if you've come to Redding to melt, eat early.Super fast turnaround from app order to delivery. Order was correct. Delivery included utensils, plates, cups, and napkins. Very professional.

Never had a bad pizza from this Dominos. Also, they have a big crew of delivery drivers and their whole crew from what I can tell is on top of rush hours. We ordered online for the coupons and then dined in...what a crew to watch!
