Do not order for delivery. ALWAYS at least an hour later than they say it'll get there. And when it's 1 1/2 hours late and you order with an app you get to watch the driver 1st stop at Burger King and sit there for 10 min. It appears that they will not deliver your food until the driver has multiple deliveries, so your food just sits until more orders come in....

I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up. He gives them a name and they say it's in the oven. My husband waits and waits and waits. Fast forward 30 past when online says it's done, he asks again. Now they say they don't have that name (but I thought it was in the oven???). He calls me and we get it straightened out. Still though, why would you say it's still baking, if you have no order in that name. I'm so frustrated.
