Domino's Pizza

We drove through the great flood of 2025 to get to our pizza. The power was out on the whole block. They were nice enough to give us someone's canceled order, THEN remake our entire order a few days later FOR FREE!

Had the pizza delivered when they said it was delivered they dropped it off at the niebors house then fought with them for 45 min saying it wasn't delivered. They said there would be no refund finally we checked the neighbors house and had cold pizza that was sitting outside for almost an hour

They messed up my order and wouldn't do anything the management there where unprofessional and did not speak English

ordered my pizza I put light cheese on my Order detail and when i got my order they a lot of cheese and didn’t even Cook it all on the way and my Pasta was not cooked all the way i am very mad and will not be buying from here again and way they where making my Order i called about my order and was on hold in tell the delivery driver got to my house

The delivery guy wrote this off for $22 he was that harder for cash I'd have gave it to him

So I’m posting a one star review because yes, their pizza is very good but their wait times are very ridiculous recently. I’ve been waiting more than an hour each time we order pizza that is unacceptable. Something is going on with their employees.!! And I hope that corporate can get behind this!!

Consistently mediocre. Wait times are for laughs. Pizza always delivered lukewarm and never as requested. I like a well done pizza. Apparently, this shop can’t do handle such a bizarre request. And then, when I go contact someone at Domino’s, it’s an endless loop of webpages completely unrelated to “order insurance.” This store and company do not care about you. So, buyer beware.

its a dominos pizza. you get what you pay for. They mess up your order 80% of the time or it just gets lost. Ive gotten about as many free pizzas due to mistakes as I have pizzas Ive paid for. the food is alright, nothing special. I think if you pass the drug test they fire you on spot.

Ordered online. Waited said 15-20 minutes, I under stand it was Friday and busy. Waited 1.5 hours, drove home to Anderson, two pizza were right. My specialty pizza was no where near correct all the main toppings were missing. I’ve been on hold 19 minutes now, and still on hold as I’m writing this. The pizza in the picture is definitely not a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza ny style.

All Food labels get switched your food may be expired when you go in they switch all expired sauces with updated stickers , and none of there employees have food handlers.

Do not order for delivery. ALWAYS at least an hour later than they say it'll get there. And when it's 1 1/2 hours late and you order with an app you get to watch the driver 1st stop at Burger King and sit there for 10 min. It appears that they will not deliver your food until the driver has multiple deliveries, so your food just sits until more orders come in....

Their delivery is ALWAYS late. Last 2 orders over hour later than delivery time posted. Maybe they just treat their doordash members poorly. When phoned always say it's just coming out of the oven. Then why does it not show up hot? Might be a good idea to inform your divers that the app shows the drivers progress. It definitely showed the driver stopping at Burger King 1st and then making multiple non Doordash deliveries, even though it was already late. Probably best to order from a more expensive pizza restaurant so that you're eating at dinner time not bedtime.

Worst customer service ever. Long wait times. They don't even wear gloves and I did not once see them wash there hands.

This is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever eaten at. I’ve given them several tries at different days and times to see if it changed and it didn’t. While the tracker says 12 to 17 minutes, it always takes me about an hour or more to get one pizza. I ordered today before noon and it still took forever. Then when I parked and did the curbside check-in, I had to call after 10 minutes of waiting because no one had to even come out.
