Went there for a plane coffee with cream and sugar. The guy taking my order looked confused and asked if I wanted a latte. Go to the counter and the server said did you order an americano? No I just wanted a coffee with cream and sugar. Guy tries to explain what an americano is I say I know what it is I dont want espresso just coffee cream and sugar. They served me a 3rd of a cup of coffee with no cream and sugar and told me that's just how thei coffee comes. All this after getting out of my grandfather funeral and just wanting coffee because it reminded me of him. All this afternoon waiting 30 minutes for 3 cars cause the order taker was trying to flirt with all the cars.

I hate when you guys come up to my car for my order and then don't even pay attention to me and mess up my order 😤 don't come over to my car to stare at someone else the whole time. Got home and gave my husband what I thought was his white mocha but was not so frustrating to drive all the way home to have the wrong coffee. Thanks.
Went through the drive-thru and the barista came out to take our order. I had noticed that there was a strong alcohol smell coming off of her. When we got to the window, the smell of alcohol was still lingering, and the girls seemed unaware or didn't care about it. One of our promo drinks also came with the wrong boba bursts.

Well, I passed by here yesterday morning (10/27/2024) after leaving the Comfort Suites Hotel. When I arrived, I noticed there were two vehicles in line. It went really smooth, didn't take very long to order. The barista was really respectful when she took my order. This is my first time going to Dutch Bros in Redding.
