Just realized that I lost my birthday drink here. She scanned for points and I asked if I could get my birthday drink she couldn’t figure it out so I thought I’d just get it at a different time. But nope it must have went through. I don’t like going to this one in the first place but here’s another reason. Bummer. Only going to Anderson.

Every single time I come to this Dutch I regret it. The service is friendly and quick, but the drinks always taste horrible. My drink always tastes bitter and bland. Like coffee water. No other Dutch Bros prepare my drinks like this so I know it’s a “this shop” problem and not a Dutch problem. Just wasted $9 this morning 😊

I haven’t been to Dutch in awhile but the manager on 1200 Market in Redding, whoever she is had a very shitty attitude. Extremely rude after a call with her regional manager today, Tuesday morning around 8:55 on 8/26/25 regarding a question about merch. She literally shoved the merch in my hand as if she was annoyed. I feel like her attitude was bringing her crew down.
I think she needs more training. I think she lacks patience, character and the ability to lead as a so called leader. Her attitude towards the situation affected her in a way the shouldn’t. I feel sorry for her team under her.
On a good note the young guy(kid)with glasses was very friendly, polite and positive. He’ll be a good leader given the opportunity.

Went there for a plane coffee with cream and sugar. The guy taking my order looked confused and asked if I wanted a latte. Go to the counter and the server said did you order an americano? No I just wanted a coffee with cream and sugar. Guy tries to explain what an americano is I say I know what it is I dont want espresso just coffee cream and sugar. They served me a 3rd of a cup of coffee with no cream and sugar and told me that's just how thei coffee comes. All this after getting out of my grandfather funeral and just wanting coffee because it reminded me of him. All this afternoon waiting 30 minutes for 3 cars cause the order taker was trying to flirt with all the cars.
I hate when you guys come up to my car for my order and then don't even pay attention to me and mess up my order 😤 don't come over to my car to stare at someone else the whole time. Got home and gave my husband what I thought was his white mocha but was not so frustrating to drive all the way home to have the wrong coffee. Thanks.
