Amazing customer service from Josy and thank you Edwin for making the hot chocolate and sugar- free rebel for my daughter. We were just here a little while ago and sat outside. I really appreciate the quality of people that Dutch Bros has working here. And my daughter loves the fact that she can customize her drink-something that can't be done at human bean-although I do love their hot chocolate. But anyways thank you so much for being so kind and c.s. oriented. Very delicious hot c. And drinks. ❤️

Workers are rude n disrespectful an give out wrong orders I recommend a new team they act like they know the stuff an they don't they are very rude I will not return to this location on market street rude as workers I been waiting since 1 o clock for 2 of my drinks an the time is 124 nvr again the service
I got to Dutch bros outside to order and I am on crutches so I cannot drive. I topped up when I got to order at 3:03pm. I gave the girl out order and sat down. 10 mins later I heard the staff giving free drinks to the cars going by saying their system was down. I went back to the window to check on my order and they had forgotten my drinks. They apologized and said the drinks would be free for waiting and their system was down anyway. They had me re-put my order in and the guy said our order would be $18.60 normally but it would be free. Another 10 minutes later a guy says that he has to charge us for the drinks since the system was down. I said we have been here for 20 minutes waiting and if we were in a car we would have gotten our drinks for free for waiting. He said that only a select few got free drinks. I said we have been waiting for 20 minutes and were told we would get free drinks. He said he would give us one for free. He asked us for our order again and I said I would not say it again for a 3rd time and we already said it and it should be on there. He found it and said it would be $21.50 which was even higher than the first guy. I said this is ridiculous and they have no idea what they are doing at this location. I paid $13 for the drinks and left. We are traveling and I usually love Dutch Bros. I can't drive because I am injured so I had to use the walk up window. I was told I would get the drinks for free by 2 employees and the shift leader did not care that it took 25 minutes to get our drinks when if I were driving I wouldn't have been forgotten and lied to.
