No thank you! I took a leap of faith, after seeing an ad on Instagram for a Blueberry Drink, it looked and sounded so tasty and refreshing, the Poster did a great job. And I had also seen an ad that Dutch Bros Coffee places were participating in some kind of fundraiser for that day, or so I thought.
I pulled up and was told by the barista that the fundraiser was only for a few hours, so unfortunately I had missed out on that fundraiser, but the Ads I had seen for that fundraiser never had any hours of time on it, so I thought it was all day. I was wrong. :(
Additionally, when I asked the barista about the new Blueberry drink I had seen online, the barista said he didn't have a new Blueberry drink and that there wasn't a blueberry drink except for an energy drink, of which of course I was not interesting in having.
I politely said the Ad was made specifically because this Blueberry drink was new, but the barista insisted that there wasn't one, so I settled on a drink that I was not familiar enough with, being that Dutch Bros is not a coffee place I frequent often.
Unfortunately, after finding out later after paying $5 for pretty much a cup of ice, that I could have had less ice in my drink, but the barista never mentioned anything. I stopped at another Dutch Bros location to ask about it.
I sure wasn't happy having to pay $5 for basically a cup of ice, instead of $5 for a full cup of a tasty drink. It would have been considerate and good customer service, if the barista at least asked how much ice I wanted in my drink.
No, I doubt I will be returning to a Dutch Bros location.

The broistas are great here and my drinks are made 💋🤌🏻Everytime...consistency is key for me...I don't like my blended coffees like icees but smooth and creamy and they nail it 99% of the time. This is technically my home spot so gotta show it loves...thanks guys you ROCK!👊🏻🤘🏻🫶🏻

BAD Experience. I ordered a large red bull drink for my wife with light ice. They gave us the large cup with only 3/4 amount of drink and when I asked why they said they didn't want to open another red bull to fill it. I'm mostly upset because I paid $9 plus change for a medium🤷🏻

Always good people and stuff but man alive sometimes they need to pay attention at the 273 location I can’t count how many times I’ve had a messed up drink from that location the other two in Redding fine but something about the 273 location not paying attention when handing drinks out and having to remind them it not the right drink and now holding up line bc they didn’t make it right so nothing really bad just need to pay attention more that all.
