This store consistently screws up orders, takes entirely too long to make drinks, and when asked to remake drinks, they make them even worse, and take twice as long to do it. I like Dutch Bros, but hands down, this is the worst Dutch Bros location…not just in Redding, but in the U.S. I’ll never come back to this store again, and highly recommend that everyone avoid it as well.

I am a Dutch bros lover but this location hate to say it sucks! I go to Dutch everyday literally and had a in counter with a girl I had never seen more. She said she couldn’t make my drink as an iced coffee since I don’t get ice in it and drink it the next day that it was “company policy” to make it as a cold pour. Well cold pour and iced are made definitely. I even tried to get the attention of another girl there who knows me and the girl shut that down. Like hello? You work at Dutch bros?! Don’t give me that company policy!
I think the 5 stars on everything speaks for itself. Great bunch of young people. They only complaint is the app. STOP TRYING TO GET ME TO ACCEPT PUSH NOTIFICATIONS! I said no. Now turn it off! Lol

The employee was very helpful and patient, drive through went really fast, and it was hot out and every one was there lol, we've been really loving the option to put boba in our choice drinks, it's the kids favorite part😂 we love to get blended rebels for us and blend dutch soda for the kids
The favorite has been the sour berry blast rebel and dragon slayer dutch soda
