It was my husband's birthday an the guy at the window said we had to have the app which is a lie to get our free bday drink honestly they need to stop pushing some people dont like apps on there phone. An if ur gonna change the rules within 2 weeks u should prob advertise it dont really like this dutch bros customer service.

I haven’t been to Dutch Bros in awhile and this morning when I went to get drinks I ordered my drink with a lady that was helping at the cars. First of all she didn’t ask me if I wanted hot or cold drinks. One of my drinks were correct but the other one wasn’t. When I noticed that the lady in the building was making a iced coffee I asked her if my drink was ordered as a hot or cold drink and she said that it was a iced drink and I asked her if she can make it a hot drink and she rolled her eyes at me like she was upset and started talking to the other employees like I wasn’t there and it made me feel uncomfortable for her to say that this was the 15th time that it has happened that morning and that she doesn’t understand why people can’t order there stuff correctly. She also made the drink luke warm and as a manager at a store that conversation should have never been brought up in front of customers. If there is an issue it should be brought in the back where there is not customers to be heard.

Had a drink with as one they forgot speed some of the stink out to add minimal topping that costs an extra dollar. Other locations never had bad a experience. Won't be going back to this one.

Hands down, best coffee shops. They have the best customer service and are the most consistent with their drinks. This is due to the fact that they have a pre-mixed base. It takes the human error out of the equation. Very good.

So I come to this Dutch Brothers about five times a month. It's a convenient stop on my way in and out of Redding, as I'm an out-of-stater. That being said the last few times I've been there they have managed to screw up a simple order like a vanilla latte. At first it was just a simple mistake, the cashier assumed I wanted it iced (while it is summer, it was 5:00 in the morning) and offered to remake it right there. And that's great, except that the guy that she handed it off to made me a regular latte. Which is not what I ordered, nor did I want to wait another 5 minutes for him to figure out how to make a vanilla latte. I know it seems like a very small thing, but when I'm ordering a drink from a place that's charging me six bucks, I expect them to get it right the first time. Again mistakes happen but two mistakes in a row that rates a two-star, and me finding a different coffee shop. I know the five cups a month aren't going to break you, but if you continue to treat your customers like this, or continue with the incompetent staff you're going to lose a lot more than just those five cups.

I love dutch but not all locations...been to this one a few times and each time my drink wasn't to expectations. For the price we pay on these drinks none of them should be a disappointment....yes they will remake them but I've had them do so on occasions and I was still not pleased. I frequent a few other locations that I get consistent results and that makes me a happy gurl 🫶🏻✌🏻
Fair, only fair. It’s a drive thru and chain. What can you expect, except that they would get your order correct. Or, that you could use your own cup to cut down on waste. I just needed a coffee so made the best of it. I won’t be back
