stupidly slow service. i'm not sure if they need more workers or just better training, but it should not take over 15 minutes to get through 3 orders. ordering ahead is a waste of time since they don't even start making your drink until you actually arrive at the location. don't bother going here on the way to work, because you will be late.

Today has been a really hard day because im loosing my dog and I went to this dutch bros and to get myself a drink to feel a bit better I was greeted so well and of course trying to hold back tears sweetest guy asked how my day is going and of course not so well he insisted my drink was on the house and I really want him to have recognition for how amazing he was and he made my day alot less sad thank you so much

The Employees always look and act overworked. I have come at night, day and morning. All 3 times my orders were messed up and not refunded or fixed when asked. My husband has gone as well since it it closer to us and has had similar experiences. The same with many others I know. It always smells of pot and cigarettes as well. I do not recommend and as of our last experience, we rather drive to the one by grocery outlet or the one all the way on the other side of town! My last order was for a tea they said they had when I asked, I was given a glass of milk.🤣 I am not sure how that makes any sense but I guess to some, milk is tea, even though I specified I just wanted tea iced without sugar or anything else added.🤷♀️
This location keeps giving me the wrong drinks and never has their second lane open anymore. I feel the workers are stressed out and making mistakes. I'm kind of frustrated that I've now, twice in a row, gotten the wrong drink. Unfortunately both times didn't realize it was wrong until I got home.
