We’ve ordered from this restaurant for years and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. The food was cold and incorrect, but the customer service was extremely rude and confrontational. My chile relleno arrived completely cold, with unmelted cheese. When we called, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, we were blamed and told we miscommunicated. We were then told to bring the food back just to have it reheated, which raised serious food safety concerns for us. We also ordered three combination plates expecting beans and rice like we’ve always received, but instead were given just tacos. On top of that, we were charged for a large side of sauce that we never received. Mistakes happen, but the way we were spoken to and the lack of concern for food quality and safety were unacceptable. We won’t be returning!!!

This place has such good food. The breakfast burritos are amazing here!! Maricela was a great hostess with a wonderful smile on her face and made us feel like we were eating at home! No long wait for the food either! 5/5 highly recommend!!!

Are you looking for canned beans and enchilada sauce that's been microwaved? This is the spot for you! Are you looking for a meat and cheese burrito that has 1/4 of it empty? You've come to the right spot! I've had better enchiladas from banquet tv dinners.

My daughter had the adobada at this place last night and became violently ill with all the classic symptoms of food poisoning (botulism) within an hour of finishing her meal. That is 100% unacceptable! I will be filing a complaint with shasta environmental health department so if you are the owner of this place and reading this review, you might consider revisiting your sanitary practices!

Got the wrong food and guy at service drive thru couldn't even speak clear English and overcharged me for wrong burrito an the birria rolled tacos

So, pulling up I was a little hesitant, getting my food from a restaurant connected to a gas station... but I gotta say... well, I can barely say anything cause I'm so full!!! I got the chimichonga (spelling? LOL). I can't believe how much I ate. It was so big and yummy & crunchy on the outside. The drive-thru was really slow tho. Kind of a long wait.
