I can tell you without a doubt that her pastor tacos could win a competition. Also the salsa they make is the best salsa I have ever had. Seriously the best taco truck in town. It was love at first taco and now I am a regular customer.
The food at Elenis’s food truck is delicious, fresh and served with warmth and friendliness. A family run business that make you feel like family. Their food is authentic and tasty and the price is right. Easy to find with lots of parking.
Vegetarian options: They can make just about any dish vegetarian. Replace the meat for beans.
