I haven't ordered a Burger from Five Guys in 7 years because they got super expensive, so I figured I'd give them a try again and yes still expensive for one person $20 for a burger and fries.
Burger was bland even with all the toppings, it needed a little more salt and pepper, I ordered Cajun fries and got regular fries. I most likely won't return which sucks to say.
Prices way out of control, can't get a single pattie with cheese, crazy. Never again, Theresa was especially rude

It's five guys you get overpriced burgers that thinks it's ok because they over do it with fries. But the one star is because their slow. It doesn't matter if you're the only customer or not you're waiting 20 minutes for your food. Of course fast food is dead but this particular five guys takes the cake

I eat here once every couple weeks or so and have never had an issue. The service is always good and the food is as expected. Last night after eating a burger and some fries, I got very sick. I have had food poisoning before and this was exactly like that. Needless to say, it is going to be a while before I can ever eat ground beef again.

Corbin, Connor, secret, and Astrid were awesome. This place is really clean. I always judge a restaurants cleanliness based on the restroom cleanliness and it was spotless. Not only that, there was a small delay due to a large order in front of me and they hooked it up with extra fries for the wait. My burger was on point and these guys were not just apologetic but friendly AF. 10/10

Food was pretty good, but waaaay more expensive than other burger joints.
Gave four stars for atmosphere only because half of the tables are in the sun in the afternoon and it’s too hot to sit at them. Maybe get some pull down shades? We still eat there about 3 times a month. Staff is great and it’s my favorite cheeseburger.

Sunday 5.26.24. Very friendly and professional staff. Store was busy and staff served food quickly and kept the dining area clean. Hungry today had the little bacon cheeseburger and a bacon cheese onion and mustard hotdog and a little fry, wife had little cheeseburger.

We had not been to 5 Guys since covid started and were wondering about burger size, price, etc. To our delight, the staff were just as wonderful as always, the burgers were great and the fries cajun fries were fantastic. They gave us the light cajun fries with less of the seasoning. Excellent. 5 Guys is back in our short list of favorite places. Even their other customers were great.
