Flaco's Tacos

I got a barbacoa burrito. The meat was indistinguishable between shredded beef and shredded pork. The salsa is just watered down chile powder. It was definitely one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. I can’t get over the salsa. It’s like they boiled chile powder and added seasonings to it. God I was disappointed. I was told they had legit Mexican food. Most Mexicans would laugh at that sorry excuse for salsa.

I’ve had the al pastor chimichanga, carnitas chimichanga, al pastor taco, carnitas taco, and fish taco so far and I won’t stop until I’ve had the whole menu. This is the best Mexican food place in Redding by far, there isn’t much I wouldn’t do for one of their chimichangas. Please try this place, it is absolutely insane how good it is. I don’t have any photos of food to add because wasting time to take pictures instead of immediately eating the delicious food is not an option. Waiting for your food is a pleasure with how good everything smells. Try it!!

I haven't ever eaten at this place but I wonder why they dump out there holding tank all over the road on their way home every night on Hawthorne Ave and oak St in happy valley. Dump your mess in your own yard.

Super good food/nice service, no indoor dining (there is covered though) but I'm sure they'll get it as business grows! Great spot to go during summer.

This place is hands down the best taco truck you will get food at! Not only is the food amazing but so if the customer service. This place deserves 10 stars! Not only can you get your daily taco craving but they offer catering. We used them for my husband's dads celebration of life and I had everyone ask where we got the food! You won't be disappointed!

This taco truck has the best people and the best food. Their queso birria tacos with the consommé is amazing. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try real authentic good seasoned Mexican food. The owners are very welcoming and very friendly.
