Flaco's Tacos

The food is honestly delicious but it’s overpriced. Ridiculous how I paid $15 for 3 tacos and a soda on TACO TUESDAY.
I come from Southern California and I ain’t ever heard of paying for more than $2 for a taco on a Tuesday.

I got a barbacoa burrito. The meat was indistinguishable between shredded beef and shredded pork. The salsa is just watered down chile powder. It was definitely one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. I can’t get over the salsa. It’s like they boiled chile powder and added seasonings to it. God I was disappointed. I was told they had legit Mexican food. Most Mexicans would laugh at that sorry excuse for salsa.

I’ve had the al pastor chimichanga, carnitas chimichanga, al pastor taco, carnitas taco, and fish taco so far and I won’t stop until I’ve had the whole menu. This is the best Mexican food place in Redding by far, there isn’t much I wouldn’t do for one of their chimichangas. Please try this place, it is absolutely insane how good it is. I don’t have any photos of food to add because wasting time to take pictures instead of immediately eating the delicious food is not an option. Waiting for your food is a pleasure with how good everything smells. Try it!!

I haven't ever eaten at this place but I wonder why they dump out there holding tank all over the road on their way home every night on Hawthorne Ave and oak St in happy valley. Dump your mess in your own yard.

Super good food/nice service, no indoor dining (there is covered though) but I'm sure they'll get it as business grows! Great spot to go during summer.
