Food is hit or miss. Atmosphere decent for the area and mostly clean. Have gotten quite a few to go orders which were incorrect at Churn Creek & Cypress Store. It seems different locations have different rules. Love coming here but customer service was so poor this time around! I first gave this reveiw a 1 star bc of how I felt my concern for my order was handled. 8/29/24 around 7pm. Came back the next day to talk to a lead/manager. 8/30/24 Shannelle* (not sure if that's how you spell her name) was great and handled my concerns very well so I changed my review and will continue to support this place!
