Clean, well maintained, with a pleasant modern atmosphere. The food was delicious with huge portions.
The server was the exact level of attentive I like. She showed up only exactly when we needed her, and when we did picked up a conversation with her, she was a genuine and friendly person. Over all, this would be a new regular stop if i lived in the area, but the friend i was with definitely did say this is gonna be a regular for her and her partner.
Next time i visit Redding, though, you bet your butt im coming back.

Service is slow. Waited 10 minutes for drinks to come, and 40 minutes for food to come.
We had Prime Rib and Fusion Salad, the Prime Rib is marinated as this is a fusion restaurant; however, it was so salty like it was dipped into salt of soy sauce. The bacon on the salad was just as salty as well.

Our server couldn't answer any questions we had about the food on the menu. We had to waited a long time for our food that were mostly too salty. It wouldn't be on our recommendation list.

Our meal was absolutely delicious! We got the salt baked wings. They were crispy and juicy and full of flavor. The brisket sandwich was amazing. Great portion of meat and the pho broth it came with was so flavorful. We also got the sushi burrito. It melted in your mouth. The rice was fresh and soft, and the tuna was fresh. We will absolutely be back to try more!

I love Fusion, the spice level may be inconsistent, but the food here is tasty. I recommend any of the noodle dishes, and the drinks here are really tasty too. I always take friends here and they always end up happy.
