I love their appetizers, the egg rolls are my favorite in Redding and the calamari, so yummy! My son loves their rice bowl and my husband loves their Pho Burrito. We went last week and service was friendly but so slow, it was almost 40 minutes before we got our appetizers. I had a 5yr old with me and she kept pushing on the table to try and adjust herself in her seat and I would have to hold the table so it didn't flip. I also got food to go, the cheese burger was so small, I was sure it was from the kids menu, but it wasn't. I'll probably order to go if I go back or just go in for appetizers and sit at the bar next time.

Fusion is a lovely place and most of the people are great. Food is usually good but also can be inconsistent. Service depends on who is working.
Bad Experience!Come at your own risk if you want slow service and mediocre cold food. Oh and if you want your server to drop the the drinks on you.Anything you could think could go wrong went wrong. Service was really slow, our food was either lukewarm or cold. Wings were brought out naked with the sauce on the side, to which the server admitted she placed order wrong. Wing sauce was lukewarm and tasted watered down. Burgers were served lukewarm with cold fries. The Pho was lukewarm and the meat was flavorless and tough.

Service was really slow and food was not good. Our food was served lukewarm or cold. Don't know what happened with owner, but he used to be on top of everything and service and food was always good. I recommend he gets more involved to make sure better service and food is provided.

It looks like a small hole-in-the-wall from the outside but has a great atmosphere on the inside. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was amazing and fairly priced. I recommend it, highly.
