We came here after waiting 15 minutes at taco shop drive thru, and getting no response from order taker. They had our drinks available in less than 5 mins after sitting down. And we had our food and ate all our food within 20 mins from entering the restaurant! Super quick and excellent food and service! I highly recommend Guadalajara for authentic Mexican food and service in Redding, CA! Mucho excellente!
Adequately prepared, served hotter than hot, the service eclipsed the chow, alas. Portions were gratifyingly large, but I didn't find or see anything that would pull me back. I will be back, as I am committed to three visits before making final conclusions, but it's from duty, so far, not desire. Stay tuned.

This is our third visit. This restaurant is festive, well staffed, and provides delicious food. The decor is colorful. It can be noisy, but that adds to the festivity.
The virgin mango margarita was yummy, but it cost $12.50. I would not have ordered it had I known the price.
The fajitas portion was enough for two people, so order carefully. Delicious!
