Prices were reasonable and iced Americano was perfect! I was almost going to give the breakfast burrito a 10/10, but the potatoes inside were WAY too crunchy, to the point it felt like they'd break your teeth...
But otherwise, good portion size for the price and SOOO close to being a 5/5.

One of the more comfortable/quiet coffee shops in Redding - my favorite coffee spot to go work. Very kind service, good lattes.
Only downside - internet is pretty slow - would love to see it upgraded.

The coffee was good, the atmosphere is lovely. Very open, clean, and not crowded. I think they could use another worker though. Too much business for over barista to handle. A little pricey, they had a deal for $1 off food item with coffee purchase but it excluded baked goods. All I want with my coffee is a baked good! 🤷
Can you get a bigger sign? Almost drove past it even with directions running.

Sorry for shouting but wow, if you asked me where I want to go for breakfast or brunch today and I hadn't been here in the past 24hrs... I would suggest we go get some biscuits and gravy from Heritage!
They have incredible pastries, coffee, drinks, fresh cooked meals and a quick pickup/togo service.
The staff is kind, professional and very welcoming. The atmosphere is open an spacious and there is lots of seating.
Overall, I would highly recommend coming to the Heritage Coffeehouse and experiencing all that they have to offer!

It was our last day in redding and we were looking for a good sandwich place! This place was so good they altered there sandwiches as per our preference and it was all so good! Kate who was taking our order was so sweet and she helped us with the menu! Overall nice vibe and an amazing experience!
