Honeymoons Kitchen is such a gem! Everything we tried was spot on—the chips came out fresh and perfectly crunchy, the jam brisket flatbread was full of flavor, and the chocolate pecan ganache was the kind of dessert you don’t want to share. My cocktail had the perfect spicy kick, and the service was truly top shelf—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

Loved the opportunity for southern fare! Having been to NOLA several times, our dinner felt and tasted just like being in New Orleans....without the humidity!🙏🏽 All staff were awesome. We will be back.

Confused with counter service idea here. You find a place to sit then told to come back up to order, but yet some tables were ordering at their table. The servers did a great job though, very friendly. Food was good, but I thought overpriced for portion and wasnt really anything special. No sides are served with the main dishes, you need order them separate. Ordered a specialty cocktail, no price listed on menu for these. When we got the bill cocktail was 16.00 almost as much as my sandwich and it was nothing special. I feel like they are trying to be a high end place with out the quality. They run specials on their website/facebook, but never post the price so makes us hesitant to go try them.
We went for a date night with drinks and apps and were not disappointed! Everything was delicious and the service was some of the best I've had in Redding in a while. We sat down and were able to look over the drink and food menu before ordering. Our waters stayed full, the food was delivered promptly and someone from the kitchen even came out to check on us.
We love okra so we found this dish a treat. The batter was wonderful as was the dipping sauce, if I wanted to be picky I could say the pieces could be a bit smaller and more uniformly cut. We followed this with the flat bread which was balanced in flavors and texture. We loved it! We were going to call it there but overheard the dessert menu being shared with another table and decided to order the bourbon banana pudding option and we were not sad we did.
For drinks I had the Sazerac (I almost never see it on menus!) and it was perfect. I followed it with the Aperoni, which was more floral and sweet than I personally prefer but it was good. My husband had the Paloma, spicy. It was good, he can always go for even more spicy but I loved it.
