The food was okay my fries were burnt and hard. The service was the worst I ordered hot peppers and ketchup and the employee threw them in my bag. She seemed to hate his job.

Cold burger, cold hard fries. Asked for mustard got none, asked for chilies and grilled onion, got none. Couldn't even fill the water cup all the way. And I waited like 15 minutes with two people ahead of me. So what was I waiting for cold food .. lazy and poor work ethic.
the food? great. the associates? friendly. the store manager? horrible. he is unfair to his employees, rude, and does not know how to efficiently run a restaurant while taking care of his workers.

First time at an In-N-Out. Extremely busy, but the kitchen area seemed like an efficient/well oiled machine. Reminds me of Chik-Fil-A in that regard. They know what they’re doing. Very basic menu, but good quality. The Double Double was like a Big Mac, but bigger and better, without the extra bread in the middle. The fries were on the green side and limp. Pink Lemonade was nice. Not worth the wait if it’s busy, but I’d come back again at a slow time. The parking lot was not well planned as the drive through line cuts right through the middle of the customer parking. Good food, but at the end of the day, it’s just a fast food restaurant.
