Had 2 great lettuce sandwiches that came with a great addition of a slice of hamburger. Came to eat after 10 years, and I have to say, that is way far from what I have eaten for so many years back in the days. Sorry to see my favorite hamburger become just another fast food option like any other. I won’t repeat, and I’ll keep the memories of better days in Sta. Barbara . PS: fries were very good, and the service also.

Unfortunately, this is the slowest In-N-Out I've ever been to.... Good food, but it wasn't In-N-Out, 25 min wait for two burgers and only 4 customers ahead of me; who waited just as long as I did... Go to the one up the freeway instead...

One of the worst In-and-Outs I’ve eaten at. Burgers were extremely salty, buns were tough and a bit burnt, and the fries were lukewarm and a weird consistency. A disappointing meal from one of my favorite burger spots.
