“I had the pleasure of dining at Karline's Restaurant & Bar on Saturday evening, and it was an unforgettable experience! It was our first time visiting, and we were warmly greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. Our server was exceptional - attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. He truly made our dining experience stand out. The food was, without a doubt, the highlight of our evening. We started with the meatballs as an appetizer, and oh, the sauce was sublime! For our main courses, we opted for the Pesto Salmon in garlic herb linguine and the Pan Seared Bistro Filet. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. To cap off the meal, I indulged in the crème brûlée for dessert, Amazing!. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food, service, and ambiance at Karline's. We will most certainly be back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!“

“There was six of us. The Shrimp Alfredo was excellent; everything was amazing. Our waitress Christine was unbelievable amazing-very professional, funny, and very outgoing. My birthday is tomorrow the 12th and her and some the crew sang Happy Birthday to me. The piece of the all chocolate cake was delicious. They ran out of candles so the one woman held a lighter above it to blow it out! Absolutely loved that even better. Great personalities from the staff all around especially with us six woman! Thank you again Christine for everything...even though you didn't wash my truck for me! 😀😃“

“Excellent food/service, and very friendly staff. I appreciate their effort for quality. The lighting and atmosphere was comfy and romantic. Me and my wife spent our three year wedding anniversary here and enjoyed every minute.

I even made the mistake of thinking I left my wallet at the table the night before. I came the next day and explained my situation to them.

They looked everywhere and noted my phone number. The owner was even there and also made a personal phone call for me to their cleaning service in case it was lost in their tablecloth linens. They did tell me that they do have a solid set up for missing items and it would have ended up there. I later realized I just misplaced my wallet at home.

“So we almost exclusively get the calzones here and they're great and priced reasonably, they sometimes get a bit busy and take a few minutes to get to you but I don't feel that's a big issue. If you're looking for a sit down pizza joint this is not for you it's takeout place, outside of that situation I suggest getting a build your own calzone, good choices and delicious.“

“We had THE most amazing experience at Mosaic on Thanksgiving Day. I began in the food service industry when I was 13 yrs old and have worked in a range of restaurants (but most were in the higher end style). Every part of our experience was exemplary. Service was on point, attentive but unobtrusive. Food was equally impressive with presentation and flavor components. My Mom is not an easy guest, but she was satisfied with options and adaptability. Thanksgiving (as well as any "special holiday" is always a challenge in the industry.... Our experience was absolutely exemplary. I can not recommend Mosaic enough, it is now our "Go To" between Sac/Davis and the Rogue Valley.“

“I’ve had 2 kids birthdays her the last couple months. Both experiences were wonderful. I love their pizza, it has a nice, chewy, crispy crust and the sauce has good flavor. The pepperoni gets a little crispy on the edges too which I love. Salad bar is a lot better than I remember, everything was fresh and clean and a small but decent selection of toppings. They are very kid friendly although the selections of games is kinda small. We will probably continue to have parties here, the quality and pricing was hard to beat. It’s one of the best pizza places around, if you like good times you will like this place!“
