joe wong promised to keep the employees of marie callendars when he renamed it "hilltop diner" ... the employees worked else where for the time being of the remodel and were never hired back. someone worked there 25 years!! how dare him but hes walking in $$$$ on gross food so what does he care right? redding burger kings are horrible logans roadhouse has dry steaks applebees is microwaved cafeteria food view 202 just sucks now never go to his places. j and a foods.

I have visited two J&A Food establishments in the last few weeks and found both to be a bit under par. At View 202 the waitress had a tables dirty dishes with her as she brought me my soup. And at Applebee’s they are not practicing social distancing when they seat people. I was sat between two tables, both with patrons, and there were a lot of open tables. I had to move myself and explain to the waitress and hostess that I was more comfortable with the distance as is socially suggested today.I would like to see your establishments make more of an effort. We may all have our opinions about this, but you are running a public business.

I went to their Burger King on Cypress and there were boxes of food sitting on the floor. Their Marie Callenders location in Redding is filthy. They have to be paying off the health department or their stores would have been shut down by now.

Im sure the company may think it has excellent standards. The truth however is 1 person has worked very hard to keep the truth hidden. Ive seen intelligent managers fired and pushed out. The only ones promoted are driveless pawns of DISTRICT MANAGER. Ive witnessed theft, drug and alchol abuse on the clock. Managers leaving mid shift without another manager present to tend to personal issues. After hour parties. No regard for food saftey or cleanliness. False allegations against the employees and managers if they DARE to speak up.Its sad that a single mans agenda is more important than the lives of his customers. Ive witnessed rotten food being served by management he raved about. Food saftey should be PRIORITY not ignored.
