The worker definitely need a class in customer service. Especially in drive thru. Sad the customer service these days. When I pull up at least the last 3 times,I have to yell and say excuse me can I order after waiting for almost 5 minutes. Also my poor grandson's burger looked like the smashed it flat when they wrapped it and i asked for extra pickles and they actually put them on thr burger like a stack, and that's whyy they smashed the burger flat...really guys. Was a bummer the fries were cold. Don't ask the worker at the window abt their food there the gentleman with missing teeth can't answer and not very friendly

Horrible service had to wait 15 minutes to be able to grab my delivery order for grubhub after it was already prepared and on the counter because the lady was to busy spacing out after coming back coughing from I'm assuming smoking some form of cannabis as it smelt like weed when she handed me my food

I had bought a home style chicken sandwich and found a hair in the burger and tried to call to let them know about it and they hung up on me and have been declining my calls back I wast even wanting a refund just to let y’all know but if this the route we have to take

I called their restaurant to kindly let them know I had found a hair in my Homestyle chicken sandwich and they rudely hung up on me. I wasn’t planning on asking for anything in order to make up for it. Honestly just thought someone forgot their hairnet or something. But I am completely disgusted to have had that hair in my food.. don’t get me wrong the food is delicious but not when it’s tainted with a piece of someone’s scalp.. 😬

Came in through drive-through with my husband and we ordered we got to the window. We were met by Shari who was polite and had good customer service skills, we then pull up to the window to pay and to get our food. We are then met by Zander
Read back our food incorrectly and gave us a total over $100 so we informed him our order is majorly incorrect and he got upset that he had to figure out what Shari did wrong and took it out on me and my husband, then he asked us for drivers license and we gave it to him but we simply asked why did we have to give it even tho we hadn’t have to give a drivers license the past year we have been coming here he got even more agitated and responded with a very disgusting attitude we finally get our order paid for Shari asked us to go wait inside the parking lot and that she’ll bring our food out to us I asked for his name cause the amount of attitude and rude behavior I experienced as a paying customer Im getting ahold of corporation the first time and he responded with such a disgusting and snarky attitude of “I’m not identifying myself you can just tell my manager the one with blue hair” we go an wait inside the parking lot I see they 5 cars behind us so I went inside to wait so they didn’t have to run our food out in the rainy weather as I’m waiting in the lobby
The little boy Zander decided it was in his best interest to talk about me in a negative and insulting way to Shari and she engaged with him not knowing I’m standing there listening to every rude word coming out of his mouth after sitting there listening to him bash me and insult me I told them I want a refund and I don’t appreciate being talked about in a disgusting manner simply cause I asked a question
He then tried to kick me out and call the cops on me for calling out his childish and disgusting behavior
He seriously needs to be fired
To make anyone go threw and feel that way let alone a paying customer is seriously just vile childish behavior
So disappointed in the whole event and the shift lead Shari for not dealing with it

Again, three star base rating for fast food. Beyond that, I mean it's Jack in The Box. The menu is extensive! And who doesn't remember when they were the first to come out (as far as I know) with the Sourdough Burger. Man, I had never eaten or heard of such a thing. Delicious! They still are, I get one exclusively if going there for just a burger. Great location in Redding, right off I-5, on the corner, and easy to get back on it when your done. Menu, insane. Tacos at a burger joint? Yeah! And good too! If a movie theater was also a fast food place? They would have this kind of food! In fact, if fast food places ever end up inside of a movie theater? It will be Jack in the Box! Good food, if you value your life and cardiovascular system, don't do it too often. But other than that? Enjoy!

Vegetarian options: Just kidding, I don't know what that word means.

Dietary restrictions: They do have offerings that diabetics can make use of. With some creativity. Just watch the carbs.

Parking: Pretty good sized lot. Mostly a place people pick up and take out, drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: No playground, in fact in bit even sure they have those anymore anywhere.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. No problem there.

Wow you actually pay your employees here. It's very very sad someone needs to have a very long training session with them. For one thing they didn't even say hello to me when I walked up to the register he just stood there looking at me. I couldn't hear my cashier at all making it difficult to order. He also didn't read it back so it wasn't right and we didn't find out until we were home. It's very disappointing to have the wrong order, and it was very expensive should have been correct the first time. The cashier was horrible making the experience with the cashier maddening. The drive-thru was clogged with a broken down car for over 30 minutes so we all had to come in and watch as they took one order and filled that one before taking another one with 10+ customers waiting to order. It took us 25 minutes to get two burgers inside. When we left the car was still broken down in the Drive-Thru why not push the car out??? So very disappointed $20 an hour and they don't seem to move you may need a new manager. I'm very disappointed may never come back
