I asked the concierge at my hotel for a great steakhouse and they recommended Jacks. First, it took about 25 minutes before anyone even came and took my order. I ordered a medium rare steak and received what was probably the most poorly cooked steak I’ve ever seen. The internal temperature looked OK but the outside was completely burnt and black. great staff, fantastic steaks and amazing atmosphere!
I was very eager to eat at this place. It came as a recommendation so I chose it. Menu is incredibly small so the food should be mind blowing. When you only offer 3 sides and 8 entrées it's a no Brainer. Well for your salad you get bagged shredded salad what appears to be from Safeway drenched in so much dressing its soupy.
