We come here about once a month now. Great place for kids as the train above will keep them entertained. I ordered the $20.00 1lb burger as seen in the picture and you can add all kinds of toppings! Also comes with 1 of 4 sides. Needless to say I had to cut it down in pieces that I could eat with one hand. The bun is even freshly made!

Came in with family. When we got our food, guess what? No silverware asked 2 times when we got coffee and when we got our meals, and it was not particularly busy ! We were just sitting there for over 15 minutes, totally unable to eat. We had to ask another waitress for help, and of course, we waited another 10 minutes. Finally, she came over and slammed the silverware down on our table like it was some huge deal, making everyone jump. She rudely said, “Here’s your silverware!!” Talk about killing the vibe. We definitely won’t be back.

I want to love this place. I think it's a really cool place. Our grandson enjoys the train. The food is just alright. The homemade biscuits are fantastic. Other then that the food is just okay. The 1st time we came our service was great. The other times not so much. I feels hit or miss. Parking isn't my favorite.

Our waitress was happy and cheerful and the pastrami sandwich was delicious… the Cob salad was huge and full of lots of bacon and chicken .. I would recommend “Jeff’s” restaurant to everyone

This place use to be sooo good!!! I don't know why, but the past few times have been disappointing. Not the best service, long wait times for food, quality of food not as good. Hope they get it together soon. 🤞

Came in here by myself, place is somewhat full so expected to wait a bit. I’ve waited 50 minutes for my food and I’ve watched 3 couples that were sat at least 10 minutes after I already ordered my food and they are all eating their food while I’m still sitting here waiting for mine. One couple just finished their whole meal as I’m writing this review and left. 50 minutes for a grilled cheese with a side of mashed potatoes is outrageous.

Not once did the server come up and say anything as they blatantly served full meals to couples in front of me. I finally said what’s going on with my food? She responds well I see half your food in the window so maybe another 5 minutes. I waited another 12 minutes and just walked out.

Terrible service, terrible cooks. Go elsewhere, it’s a waste of time and the people that work there are completely unprofessional. I served for 20 years and I would never allow someone to wait for a hour for simple food and serve customers food first that got there after. That’s not how restaurants work and no I did order anything that takes more than 5 minutes to make, let’s be real. Couples coming out with rib eyes, burgers, before me that ordered 15-20 minutes after me? Okay.

Had a short amount of time for lunch. Only about 6 tables occupied at various stages of meal. Took 45 minutes to get food. Totally unacceptable. Food (me, Gunslinger; partner, Turkey Bacon Melt) was mediocre at best. Hostess was pleasant but kitchen staff needs a lot of work. Don't go here..
