I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was absolutely delicious! The place was super clean, the staff was really friendly, and the whole vibe felt welcoming. What made it even better was a kind customer who gave me a buy-one-get-one-free coupon-totally unexpected and made my day. Easily the best experience I've ever had at a sandwich shop. I'll definitely be coming back!
I am one of these guys with a really complicated order. Number 55 as a bowl, no cheese, double meat, double veg, add portobello mushrooms, add cold veg. Will took my order with no problems and personally put the whole thing together. When he brought the order to my table (unexpected) he made sure to ask me if everything looked okay. It was just exceptional service for this stop on our road trip, and much appreciated. Thank you for the awesome service, Will!

They told my delivery driver that he had to wait because they do walk in orders first. I paid for my order when I sent it. Even if it never gets picked up they were still paid to make the order. Stale bread and soaking in oil.

Last night was the first time I've ever eaten here before. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and it was disgusting! The texture of their chicken is sandpapery and weird. I have made better chicken sandwiches at home (with real actual chicken). The morning after I still feel queasy after eating it. Not worth $11 for a tiny gross sandwich. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and got our order out fast.

called in a order at least 30 minutes before I arrived to pick up and when I got there they told me my order was being worked on. Meanwhile 15 people got their food orders who were walk ins and I waited for almost 45 minutes to not get what I called in and They finally got around to ask me about my order and then they said I didn'thave a order. I walked out and told them to forget it. Don't bother calling in its a joke. Service sucks and not professional.
