Gotta train your new people to make caramel lattes the same way. Every time you hire new people they put caramel syrup instead of caramel sauce and it makes the lattes taste like gas station canned coffee and cleaning chemicals. Just remove the damn caramel syrup from the building please... I really don't to drive all the way to dutch bros every morning because half the time I come by my coffee is made by someone who doesn't know what they are doing and will simply not stop using the caramel syrup. Every morning I leave my house thinking "time to roll the dice again on Kaleidoscope". It's either the best coffee in town or the worst.

I love this coffee shop! I take my clients on little trips here, cause they love coffee, and this place is really great! It's close to their hoke, and the employees are amazingly patient, while my clients are deciding on what they want to drink! Sometimes, it takes the clients a bit, to make their decisions, and the workers, always have a smile on their faces, and ready to explain each drink they ask about! They are great! Fast at making the drinks, and getting them out to us! Wonderful experience every time!
