Gotta train your new people to make caramel lattes the same way. Every time you hire new people they put caramel syrup instead of caramel sauce and it makes the lattes taste like gas station canned coffee and cleaning chemicals. I love this coffee shop! I take my clients on little trips here, cause they love coffee, and this place is really great! It's close to their hoke, and the employees are amazingly patient, while my clients are deciding on what they want to drink!
