Blended mocha is my favorite. So thick and chocolatey!

My favorite coffee shop to stop at when I roll into Redding. Their coffee is a darker roast which is my favorite. Other coffee often hurts my stomach from the higher acid content since most places favor light roasts and the caffeine makes me too buzzy. Kaleidoscope's is just right. Plus they serve all of their iced drinks with crushed ice. It's a small thing but it enhances the experience and makes their cold treats extra special. They also have a great selection of health conscious food options. Definitely the coolest coffee shop I've found in Redding.

Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch wrap. First they gave me the wrong order. The tortilla was hard and barely had any ranch. I had to open the wrap to see if they had put ranch on it. The tea was good for a plain black tea. Just not worth the $20 I paid.

Quick service, cute shop, and most importantly tasty treats! Got the iced mocha and it hit the spot.

There was an way over long wait because the person/employees couldn’t figure out the register and when the customer’s card in front of me wasn’t working, they went to pay cash for the $45 meal for the family of four. She was a quarter short, instead offering a quarter or solution the employee was just inconvenienced to be dealing with the mom. The mom had already put several dollars in the tip jar so she said I am really sorry but I am going to have to take back a dollar to cover the quarter needed. The flamboyant male employee just stared at her, I chimed in it’s no problem, I can pay for it with my card. Register not taking my card either and that’s all I had because we were on a walk. The mom had to take the tip dollar out, quarter was taken out of the tip dollar and .75 put back, in reality the poor service deserved 0 tip, the employee attitude was over the top. With register problems and long wait and a $45 order a quarter should have been offered as a solution without having to take back a tip dollar but the employee was so arrogant while being ignorant. Yuck. That was a couple months back, however, we drive by daily and go oh I will just stop for a … and then that memory comes back and it’s a no and we keep driving.

Coffee was delicious, the coffee was so delicious that my bf couldn't stop drinking my coffee after he got an infused red bull. Both drinks 10/10, if you really want a good frappucino get the Oreo blended one, DELICOUS!! Can't go wrong with a cookie coffee, I have never ordered anything else. And don't get me started on the whip, I would honestly order a whole cup of just the whipped cream for myself! I am so serious, and I would pay for just a bag if their whipped cream lol. Recommend 100%!

Tons of junk for sale on the counter that has nothing to do with a coffee shop. Feels like a swap meet. NO WIFI. It's 2025. What coffee shop doesn't offer wifi? One staff member was yelling at another... not angrily, but when a customer walks in, knock it off.

Good coffee, great food, and a friendly staff. The place attracts some interesting folks to talk with if you want to hang out or you can sit outside under the shade or they have a drive-thru. You must try their chicken tacos with spicy chipotle sauce. It will change your life. 😂👍😎

Nice little spot with a nice selection of coffee and teas. Had a muffin and it was very good.

Came thru this morning at 10am sat at the window for 15 mins when the guy came over to ask me if i had food coming i said we haven’t ordered. With now 4 cars behind me. I told him i even tried calling he said well we are busy in here so don't know what to tell u. A sorry about the wait could

I come here at least 3 times a week. Ask the girls! This customer service today is absolutely ridiculous! I hope the owners see this. Even on a bad day don't take it out on customers. Do better sir or dont work with customers.

Cashier was so rude to me and my friend while checking out. He asked if we were gonna check out together we had 3 things and we told him it was together, a coffee, muffin and a bag of chips. I pay for my order and we are looking around the shop and then my friend opens her chips thinking they are paid for and he’s actively with another customer says “ ma’am you didn’t pay for the chips” $1.50 and it’s trying to cause issues about it. Her and I will definitely not be back she paid for them after but we told him many times it was all together how embarrassing
