This is a hidden gem for Sushi in Redding!! Definitely the best sushi we have had since moving here. Delicious and beautifully-presented rolls, quaint cozy atmosphere, and reasonably priced! Perfectly hit the spot for our sushi craving!
I've eaten here for years and it's the best place in town! It's always fresh and super clean. The owner is the chef and takes pride in his food. I ate here almost once or twice a week until I moved 30 miles east of Redding, so now I come when I can. I stopped by tonight and remembered what I have been missing!
Did not dine in but did take out. Chef could make any roll you want. He substituted for my preference. It was so nicely presented in my take out box, I knew it would taste good and I was not disappointed. The vegies were fresh and ? was crunchy. My husband ordered teriyaki chicken, again it was so fresh. This place is a hidden gem. Not far off I-5, make sure to stop in. North Redding CA.
