Ashley was pleasant and personable and professional. order was just made and asked to come inside. wanted to make changes and Josephyne was quick to help and professional and kind. Nicole working the front was quick to check my order and was prompt to assist me with all questions. All the staff was working quick, efficiently with a positive attitude. They appeared to be a well oiled machine

Our KFC here in Redding on Lake Blvd is the best KFC I've been to in a looong time. It's the only KFC we have in this town, too. The staff members are awesome so that's a bonus!

Tuesday July 1st. 415 order places at 10am on the ap. Was told at 421 thay it would be 16 more minutes. This store is totally incompetent. Also extremely dirty and the staff is educated to a 5th grade level. Good job ruining kfc for this guy. Short lady manager said her name was Gina.
