Haven't been to one since 2016 and that was in Brookings OR, I had downloaded the app saw 100 off when I got to the one here in Redding ca the work crew stated "we can't help u with the coupon, we all don't k pw how tp use them" was the answer I got when ask how to use ..GRR WILL NPT EVER GO BACK TO ANY KFC AGAIN PLUS SINCE WHEN DID THEY MIX THE GRAVY WITH POTATOES AND SELL THEM YUCK, WHAT CHEAPIES I LIKE MINE SEPARATE..THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL..customer service was horrible!!!!

Horrible experience customer service.
I tried to use a coupon for a 10-piece chicken bucket and asked for breast meat substitutions. Initially, the staff refused, claiming it wasn't possible. After showing them the coupon explicitly stating substitutions were allowed with an additional charge, they grudgingly offered me 4 breasts and 6 thighs but then charged me over $30, completely ignoring and refusing to accept the coupon! What kind of scam is this? This was my first and definitely last visit to this place. The vibe was off, the place was filthy, and it feels like they're just out to fleece customers. Never again will I step foot in this KFC. Instead, we went to Peri Peri Chicken, where we were gladly willing to pay extra for much better customer service and superior food.

Lobby was dirty food was old and cold, update one. I decided to go back after a while. Just had that chicken craving so I thought why not. It is definitely cleaner but the portion size have shrank humongously. Check the pictures below. No one helped us or even told us that they weren't taking orders. So we use the digital machine and afterwards someone got their order taken at the counter which was kind of ridiculous. The service sucked, but the food was okay. If you're just looking for a chicken craving, it's a decent spot, not completely cheap for the size they offer.

I used to love KFC, back before we went years without one here in Redding. I was SO excited when this one opened. Only to be extremely disappointed. They NEVER get the order 100% correct and the quality of the food--particularly the chicken itself--is not good at all.

The main issue I have here is that the fries are almost always terrible. They do not make them to order and this is the issue. You can ask them to specifically make them to order and it will take longer, but it's worth it not to eat stale fries. If it were not for this I would give a higher rating. Unfortunately I end up throwing away so many fries that it's ridiculous. I enjoy their chicken and just expect to have to toss the fries.
Prices are really high. Staff cannot do ANY substitutions on specials! Staff at drive through was not helpful. $38 for 2 two piece meals with one breast upgrade!
