Wow!!!!!!! I can still taste the chicken pesto crepe. Oh my dear, Yahweh- was that the most delicious ckn. Pesto I've ever had in my life??YES. The owner is a sweet and very busy lady and she definitely knows what great customer service should look like. Amazing! The guys in the kitchen- well, it wouldn't be what an amazing place it is, without you all cooking back there and serving too! Yes it was super busy and a bit of a wait- BUT soooooooo well worth it!!! A bit pricy but that's because (and my daughter can appreciate this more) it's Organic and we all know how expensive organics can cost business owners and consumers alike. Well, amazing crepes and matcha lavender drink and amazing customer service. Be patient and this place will NOT disappoint you. Thank you! And thank you for the military discount. And I love the wall decor about God. Outstanding job!!

My fiancé and I were looking for somewhere to eat after church that was healthy, filling AND had gluten free options. After a quick google search le testimony came up on google and we decided to give it a try. We were immediately excited and impressed with the cute and authentic Parisian vibe it was giving off. Once entering we were even more impressed with the wonderful service and the fact that everything was able to be turned into a gluten free option which is extremely rare to come by and extremely appreciated! We will definitely be returning.

My 15mo son and I were thrilled to find Le Testimony as we are both gluten-free/dairy-free. The staff was so accommodating, the GF/vegan crepes were amazing, the chicken apple sausage was ?????? delicious coffee, we were given free fruit/berries for the baby at the counter as soon as we placed our order, and fantastic service. ? would recommend! My only complaint was the tight quarters. Not really enough seating for a busy Saturday morning.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, dairy-freeKid-friendliness: High chairs, free fruit for babies while waiting for your order, very accommodating and understanding.

We drive from Seattle to Los Angeles fairly frequently and always make it a point to stop here in our way down! The food is amazing and I like that there is a mix of vegan (for me) and non vegan (for my husband). I am a huge crepe fan, but it's really hard to come by great vegan crepes and these never disappoint! My favorite is the vegan chicken pesto crepe with a side of ginger+carrot soup. The service is amazing and the owners are so incredibly kind and hospitable! Definitely a must if you are ever in the Redding area.
Excellent food and beverages that are high quality and organic! We enjoyed a delightful dinner, mostly of the specials offerings made for their limited dinner hours. The fish tacos were amazing, meatloaf divine, house made dressings and soups a special treat. The indoor seating area could use some upgrading but had nothing to do with how wonderful the amazing food and staff make up for it.

Food was good, pricier that expected. Kind of small and crowded. We sat outside. There was Christian music playing very loudly from a speaker which I think is kind of disregarding an entire portion of the population and their comfort with something like that. To each their own. Not really what I was expecting. Very kind owners
