It’s 12pm and they don’t have pizzas ready? It’s lunch time! If not now when! This place is a joke! Managers need to learn how Redding works. Thanks to this place we have a homeless problem. Thanks for all the terrible things you guys do! It wouldn’t be lake street drama without little Caesars being just as basic. If I can’t order 2 pizzas to be HOT AND READY AT 12 then when will you ever have anything g ready for customers? Last place I need to come to is a stingy place that is too lazy to make a proper amount of pizzas at an adequate time. It’s pathetic.

For a extra most pep this does not look it at all.... I'm told by the workers it's cause of corporate? If I'm paying for extra pep I want to see a difference. I'm definitely seeing no difference looks like a regular pepperoni pizza to me.

This place deserves 0 stars .. drive through if your not allowed to oder a pizza off drive thru then take it off the drive up menu. The third strike trying to order from this location nothing but issues. I've drove off three times without an order and never returning. Plus there's a new pizza place across the street from them next to Raleys grocery store.

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks. My husband went to go pick it up and when he got there the 2 kids working told him I came in and got the pizza. Very hard when I'm out of town working.I called the restaurant 6 times before they closed and the 2 working there NEVER ANSWERED AND HUNG UP ON MY CALL. I AM OUT THE MONEY PLUS THE MONEY FOR NOW A 2ND MEAL BECAUSE MY HUSBAND NEVER RECEIVED THE FIRST ON!!
My last experience here was the only bad experience I've ever had at this store. The pizza seemed like it was in a warmer for too long. I got an Ultimate Supreme and a Pepperoni. The veggies on the Ultimate Supreme were black and shriveled. Neither pizza had much cheese on it, and the sauce was drying. The person who took my order in the drive through needs more training in customer service. He sounded like he hates his job. I don't know if I'll go back there. Very disappointed.

The driver through menu has items listed as hot and ready between 4 and 8pm. I show up between those times and was told they do not provide those at the drive through. When I questioned the menu they did not even respond.
I also witnessed the same person handling cash/cards from customers turn around and handle food without gloves.

I love little Ceasars don't get me wrong but the service at the lake Blvd. Location is horrible. The " hot and ready" pizzas i have to wait for 7 out of 10 times I would guess. I only come because they are supposed to be ready and I'm usually in a hurry. I'm disappointed I usually have to wait for a classic pepperoni pizza

You know, I believe that places can have a bad night and I totally understand that. But this is the second time in a row I have ordered pizzas ahead of time and get there after the estimated pick up time and our food is still not ready. So our first experience we waited 15+ minutes after the estimated time to pick up our pizza and was sent a message saying it was ready and my husband sat around for over 5 minutes to wait for someone's attention to receive the pizza because they did not put it in the portal. Then they told him it wasn't done yet, we then get home that night to cold soggy pizza and we live 5 minutes away. There was no reason to have cold pizza. Then tonight I ordered it at 5:17pm it said it would be done between 5:37-5:42, we arrive at 5:37 and it's not done yet, we waited 10 minutes they said they will have it done in 10 minutes and 10 minutes later, get a message it was done. Finally we flag someone down and they tell us it's not quite done. 5 minutes goes by and they give us the pizza we get home and AGAIN it cold, paper thin crust and hardly any cheese on top. Like seriously do your employees just let the pizza sit on the counter for 20 minutes before saying it's "ready". It's ridiculous.
