Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it came with hardly any toppings and a good portion is only crust

So first of all I tried to make a delivery order at 9pm they close at 10pm. When I went to check out it said I couldn’t make online orders. So I called right away. When the girl answered she greeted me and then informed me that I would have to come down to the restaurant to place an order and that I couldn’t make a phone or online orders.
Then when I was telling her that if I drive down there it will cause my order to take longer because of the 6 min it takes to get to the place. And that it would be faster to just take my order over the phone so they can start it sooner and be done well before closing time. But she hung up on me when I got 3 words out. And honest to god on my kids I was nice I wasn’t mean at all. In fact as dumb as the rule was I found it comical. So I drive there and when I come in they tell me that all I can order is whatever they happen to have in their hot box. And that I couldn’t make a fresh order. I thought this was complete bullshit. The time was 9:15pm they had 45 min to make the order. It take 6-8 min for the pizza to cook on the conveyer. They could have prepared my one pizza in plenty of time and still had time to clean up before closing. I was a chef for 26 years I know how this works. But I had thousands of nights that I had to stay late or cook past closing cause we took orders all the way till closing time. These kids get paid 20$ an hour which is double what I made as a chef back in the day and they are the laziest group of humans I have yet to see. So I was forced to order old food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. I just think it sucks and it’s complete BS. They could have made it.

Placed a pickup order for a classic pepperoni and got home just to see my pizza was still raw…. Not just uncooked, I’m talking raw dough. What the helli, I have no pizza sheet for the oven :(

It was good but the stuffed pretzel crust was a little salty to me but that is just my opinion it was really hot outside so a little extra salt didn't hurt me a bit

They gotta rid of the $5 hot n ready which is insane. Nobody is paying $15 for that cardboard pizza. Wife paid $54 for 4 pizzas and bread sticks. Might divorce her now lol

I'm beyond disgusted with what I saw while waiting to order a hot and ready pizza. A male employee could be seen from lobby. He was wearing black clothing and had gage's in his ears and baseball cap. I witnessed him wipe his hands on the butt of his pants grab his phone from his back pocket, type on his screen and then go back to picking up dough and handling with his hands without washing his hands before. I told this to the girl that took my order and she had nothing to say about it. I asked for management name and she told me James. Tild me they dont work the next 2 days and next week schedule not out yet. I am confident this violates all santi-serve rules for handling food. I will be making a report to the health department as well as contacting the manager personally.
I will never utilize this food service again.
