Best Mexican food in Redding. The staff are always kind. Sometimes, depending on what you get, it feels a little pricey, but for authentic food, it's worthwhile. It might be cheaper elsewhere but then the food elsewhere will taste cheaper too. Overall, this place goes out of their way to make you want to come back again and again.

Just moved back into town and I got a buche wet burrito for lunch. It was amazing! I got some extra cilantro to because it was so fresh. This is definitely my go to spot now. Never had buche and now I can't get enough.

We enjoy Los Cachorros often. The Wet burrito, Carne Asada Nachos and their burritos are always our go to. The staff here is extremely friendly and always make us feel welcome. The Birria tacos are 5 star, as are their homemade tortillas. I love the tacos with grandpa special meat as well. I tried the Birria ramen today and was blown away as I’ve tried it at quite a few places and this was by far the best. Lots of flavor and meat. I haven’t had a bad meal there yet and I think this place deserves more hype than it gets. Quick and friendly service as well.

Loved this place. I had the birria once and it brought me back. Every disk I had was amazing. The service was great. Super nice folks.The birria sauce had such great flavor. The beef was cooked well, and oh damn! The homemade tortillas were tops.Highly I recommend trying everything.

Amazing food, I ordered the quesobirilla plate and the Flaming Hot Taco with carnitas. My wife ordered the Chile Relleno and the empañada. Everything tasted delicious. Service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Birria tacos with broth, and the Camarones al MOJO de Ajo! The rice was good and the refried beans were much better than the usual Mexican restaurant fare. We are from out of state, love Mexican food and make it ourselves. Our standards are high! We will be back!
