Although it’s too small for the amount of business it gets, it’s staff and location keep me coming back. The food is great, Maddie, Kate, and the rest of the staff do amazing work, especially given the cramped quarters they have to navigate during the daily rush. The place just, has a cool vibe, and the staff alone make the trip in worth it.
The food here is always great. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, the staff was inattentive and unwelcoming. I waited about 10 minutes at the register before being told to move to the other end of the counter if I wanted to be helped (I was at the order register). Long lines, the bathroom door is locked with a code. The atmosphere could use a few more degrees in the up direction. Food was good prices sucked
