Granddaughter received an academic award during summer school for a free Bambino pizza (small/personal size) for dine in only.I purchased the excellent bowl of minestrone soup [no crackers available & bread sticks additional], one water, one root beer & a scoop of ice cream [no bread sticks] $21.30 (before tip).Granddaughter took over the soup.No receipt & no explanation as to how $7.99 soup, $3.50 soda, $3.49 ice cream & free kids pizza comes to $21.30.Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere definitely more for adults.Unprofessional service to include;Long periods of no serviceWaitress greets guest with food in her mouth.No receipt or explanation.Restaurant appeared to be clean

We love this place, however the pore your own beer area ends up being 2 times more expensive. You can’t fill up a glass and there is too much head or foam in every beer. We paid $15 for two small glasses of beer. Please fix this!

Been here twice. Both times stopping for lunch driving home to SF area from Oregon. Was good enough the first time that I looked for it again a year later. Good food. Nice outdoor seating in the back. Will go again.

Traveled to Redding from the coast to catch some warmth and see Mt. Shasta. Stopped in Charlews for a beer and a bite to eat as we were headed back to the cold coast. My friend Erin and I were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the place and the charming waitresses who served us. One of them cooked her first pizza and was really excited about it and it was very good! I think her name was Candice, but I could be wrong. However, we were charmed by her friendly exuberance which was a nice change from being served by others in other locations who weren't thrilled with their jobs. The menu featured a lot of pasta dishes and I was having a craving for some pasta and marinara sauce as there are no good Italian restaurants on the North Coast Eureka area, but I wasn't too hungry just looking for some flavors. I ordered the one giant meatball with marinara meat sauce. The only reason I didn't give this restaurant five stars is because a different waitress said I could have the meatball served on a small bed of spaghetti and a piece of bread, which was not served. The meatball and sauce was very, very good however, and the beer selection was great. We will return with a bigger appetite and make sure we get everything as ordered. I hope everyone in the area stops in and enjoys this nice little pasta and more place! Just off the 44 in old west Redding! Can't wait to go back! 4 Star!

They have 1/2 priced pizzas on Tuesday from 4pm-Close for all dine in orders! Open 7 days a week! Amazingly delicious food!Kid-friendliness: Kids can make their own pizza!Parking: Free Parking!

I ordered a medium pizza last night with 4 toppings and a side of wings. Came in to find out when I got there to pick up my order, my bill was 51.00 for both. That is bad. You charge 3-4 dollars for each topping taking my pizza alone to over 30 dollars. After voicing my dismay All I got was nowhere.. On top of that, I selected NO TIP and still got charged over $9.00. I called back and spoke with your Mgr. today Who said she agreed and would contact the owner. She (Margie?) She said that she would see about reversing the "charge". She said she could offer me a 10 dollar coupon. What I got today was a refund of 9.64 on my card for the unauthorized tip you took from me.. Thanks for that at least. I feel you need to do more. What about my 10 dollar coupon....If I don't hear anything from you guys I"ll voice my opinion on Yelp and others. Bad business..

Went for dinner. Every time any of the staff walked past our table, they checkedon us. I had a thin crust Tap house combo.
The food here is BOMB. The service was so friendly and attentive. I got a French dip with sidewinder fries (think of thick cut steak fries turned into curly fries) and my husband got a burger and regular fries. Both were amazing. We've only been there once, but now we want to try more items on their menu.Kid-friendliness: There were families here and I'd bring my kiddos. It's kind of pizza parlor ambiance.

Ordered a large pizza and large Caesar salad for pick up. Half the pizza had raw dough and was inedible. A lot of of the romaine lettuce had brown/yellow edges. I asked for hot sauce and they had none. When signing the receipt, they had no pens so I had to use a crayon. Seems like it’s run by teenagers or just inept adults.

This was my first time there . We had a heated turkey sandwich with onion rings to die for!!! Best onion rings I have had in years!!! I think our waitress was new to the job. Needs to be more attentive to her customers. All in all we enjoyed our lunch. Hope to be back soon!!! Highly

Please make your order direct from doordash and not call charlews to make an order because they don't tip the requested drivers and might be keeping any tip money, several times I've done deliveries on their driver requests where I have not been tipped. Regular Doordash deliveries I've been tipped generously which leads me to believe something isn't right.
