Ordered a Carmel frap medium with two shots of espresso and extra Carmel normally get large and you taste espresso shots in large well did not taste any extra coffee flavor what so ever and for extra Carmel I actually got less then if just did not ad extra they barely put any Carmel on top of the whip cream well I asked them about it and they added another line or two on top of the whip cream so basically to pay for extra stuff I did not get any extra barely even got the normal so that is just flat out bad business I would say , or should I say thanks mc d for ripping me off!

I’ve been constantly having issues with the app. They ask for a code when you get to the speaker but then the code never works. I had a 30% off code and the general manager in the mornings on the weekends refused to do anything about it. She’s very unfriendly and would only give me a free hash brown to make up for it but complained about it. I had the same experience with her last weekend. Kindness goes a long way and if your app never works and you refuse to honor your discounts then stop accepting the app promotions. I’ve worked in food for years. The cashier Anna was great- her manager not so much. Costs $0 to be kind.

We waited 30 min for our order “to go” and the food wasn’t even fresh. Once we got our order they put one ranch in the bag and charged us 25 cents for any additional packets.

I want to thank the McDonald staff who found my backpack, kept it and turned it in to the police on Sept 30. Things in it were very important for me, and I got everything back intact. Your good deeds have left me a lasting positive impression on Redding people.
The McDonald is at a convenient location near I-5. This was the second time we got food here and got gas at Costco. The restraunt is new and clean. I'll definitely return.
I have old memories of either a very good Big Mac or Filet of Fish. Lately I've been disappointed trying to recreate this experience. Yesterday's Filter of Fish hit the mark. I'll definitely return!!!

The lady at the drive thru was very rude and seemed mad she had to make an online order that she put the food together horrible and smashed the food!! Its sad these people get paid $20 an hour for bad service!!

The new menu could be a little more user friendly .the fact that you can't see any staff behind the scenes is kinda scary but the food was good and quick to be served.i remember McDonald's when the kids use to go and play in the fun zone now it all seems so sterle.
